I was having trouble with one of my air conditioning units not working correctly, so I called and spoke to Rachel . She was so nice and got me scheduled just a few days later. Her husband, Butch, came out , and he was just as nice and honest about everything, unlike some companies I’ve used in the past. Let’s just say this was my first time using this company,and it definitely wont be my last. From now on, this is the only company I’ll be calling.

Dustin always goes beyond what is absolutely necessary in testing, maintaining, repairing and explaining. He and his assistants are careful to keep things neat and clean. This time we had 1st Service install a new unit to replace our 23 year old auxiliary heating and AC unit. Work was done in a day with no inconvenience to us. We also appreciate the annual plan that covers two visits per year and gets us a percentage off additional purchases.

We have been using this HVAC company for years! They are so friendly and informative. Everything is explained simply and I never feel taken advantage of. Dustin and Butch are qualified professionals. They have repaired my heating, and air conditioning units. They are honest, kind men. Today is 18 degrees, Dustin repaired my heat pump. Last summer it was 95 degrees and they repaired my AC. Work is done in a timely manner, no mess. There is no price gouging with this company. They don't leave until they are sure everything is working properly. Highly recommend this company.

I am a bit late on leaving a review but I want other people to know that this is a great company for HVAC repairs and service! Their prices are fair and they provide good customer service. Everyone I spoke to was so nice and understanding with my financial situation. I will definitely use them again if needed in the future! They are a family owned business and they do great work!
