How often should I schedule HVAC maintenance?
Twice a year: once in the spring for your air conditioning and once in the fall for your heating. Regular maintenance helps your system run efficiently, lowers the chance of a breakdown and helps your equipment last longer. Our VIP Maintenance Plan covers both visits for $19.95 a month per HVAC system, with priority scheduling, no long-term contract and cancel anytime.
What kinds of systems do you work on?
We repair and install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps and ductless mini-splits. We also do ductwork, geothermal systems and whole house generators. We work on all makes and models, and we can look at an older system and tell you whether a repair or an upgrade makes more sense.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?
Yes. Heating and cooling emergencies do not wait, so we offer 24/7 emergency service. We also aim for same-day service for regular calls, and we have weekend appointments for busy families. If you smell gas near your furnace, leave the house and call 911 or your gas company first.
What warranty comes with your work?
